Led a process transformation campaign spanning across diverse business divisions and geographies, reducing project lifecycle from 130 days to 54 days and generating $2M in cost savings. Collaborated closely with 14 department heads to drive a culture change at senior and frontline level, embedding new operational processes to nurture a compliance culture and achieve 34% improved results in a subsequent external audit.

Continuous Improvement Initiative

Spearheaded the continuous improvement initiative consisting of various internal projects to periodically evaluate and improve products, services, and processes in light of their efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility. This increased the value of process output to the customer, and determined how much flexibility was valuable in the process to meet changing needs. Ultimately, workflows were streamlined and waste was reduced. These worked together to reduce operational cost and resulted in more efficient implementations.
